    another noob gbox enq.

    Hi have been looking around and have seen that you can buy JG full mp5 gearboxes quite cheaply..would i be able to fit a V2 JG mp5 gearbox in a tm g3sg1? i would have to change the selector plate but would this work? would i have to use a JG motor etc?
    Thanks for any advice.

    Yes the gearbox will fit.

    You will need to change the cylinder to an unported Type-0 One also or you will have mis match on that and the barrel length. (As well as the Selector plate).
    Motor doesn't matter as long as you mesh it properly, it might need some fine adjusting from the MP5 to G3 grip switch.
