A+K M249 stock spring
9 March, 2017, 10:28
Hey guys.
Wondering if anyone knows what the stock spring is in these. Mine is currently shooting at 370fps so I need to downgrade. That is on 0.2s with stock internals. It pushes up to 400 with tbb.
Anyone with any advice on springs to use or other methods to lower fps, your advice is welcome. Just thought the quick change spring method would make this easiest.
Thanks guys

Re: A+K M249 stock spring
From my understanding they do require a longer spring, so fitting anything shorter will reduce the FPS a bit more. If it's standard you would want to start of with a m110 (360fps) and see where you end up. Good luck :-)

Re: A+K M249 stock spring
I have an m110 in mine shooting around 330fps. If its shooting to hot for your site you could always clip a some coils off the speing.

Re: A+K M249 stock spring
Cool man, I would rather keep the spring intact to be honest. I dropped a M90 in it and it's still shooting 315 on 0.2s so I think I'll try a m100. Think the air seal must be bang on
