G&P M4 owners help please... noobish delta ring question

Hey guys, trying to remove my delta ring on my G&P and it's being a stubborn bitch.

Can I just check, which way is it supposed to unscrew?

as per your other post an armourers wrench is the easiest way to do it

i drilled a large hole in a bit of wood and camped that to the delta ring works like a charm

mine was like yours , i grabbed hold of a a square bit of rubber and turned it clockwise with a lot of force , i felt like i was going to pop!

yeah because of my dodgy finger I can't exert much torque, hopefully getting the wrench tomorrow though.

Mine was unbelievably tight. I had to heat it on a stove and smack the crap out of it with a steel pin and hammer. Snapped my armourers wrench
