What voltage battery's for my gearbox?

If you were running a systema magnum gearbox with magnum motor and a 120 spring what voltage of battery would you suggest?
8.4v or 9.6 v or even higher? The gun would rarely be use don auto and only for bursts.

Would a 9.6v be good though?

Re: What voltage battery's for my gearbox?
Yeh but due to the fps, it's more just single shot, so the rof won't really matter, or is there other reasons for the 10.8v.

Re: What voltage battery's for my gearbox?
Faster trigger response, thats important. A higher voltage will give less of a lag on the trigger.

120 spring is already 450fps max if you have GB know how, The legal FPS here varies from 1 joule to 370fps. 9.6V sub C can easily give you 20-22 ROF with this spring. Remember set up always comes a major role......my minimum set up 7mm bearing GB with stock gears.
