  • m4 safety problem

ok so i have a gurarder body with a ultimate brand gearbox but when ever i put the two together the selecter switch wont take the weapon off of safe.
but when i push the gearbox forward it can take the weapon off safe but i have no way of testing if it is working correctally this way sa the motor hole doesnt line up and the holes for the pins to go through are not in alignment with the holes in the body and gearbox.
but when i seat the gearbox correctlly it wont come off of safe. anyone offer any advice?

take it out and try it in a different body , or sell the body and get a G&P body mate as any gearbox fits

            Re: m4 safety problem

if u cant get it off safety check ur cam on the other side of ur fire selector is lining up with the selector plate properly

take it u mean the battery works okay on ur other gearbox?

if uve got no power at all goin through it check the selector plate is making contact with the trigger block assembly correctly, and also the connector inside the gearbox is making contact and that the terminals are all clean and not burnt from arching.

and as previous dude sid check all connections with battery and motor. as even if the motor has gone it shud still turn over, just wont have the power to turn a gearbox depending on gearbox and motor.

correct me if im wrong on any of this people.
