TM AUG Not firing

Hy guys, ive got a Tokyo Marui AUG Millitary, got it off a friend and ive been trying to work out whats wrong with it. When you dry fire it it sounds fine, no crunching or rattling, but when you load in the bbs, they just sort of roll out the barrel one by one. I rang up **** ********* and they said it could poss be the gearbox but im wondering if its just a broken hop unit? Id rather fix it myself as apposed to paying out dollars but im no airsoft guru!lol

Any ideas???!

I would Take apart the hop unit/barell and make sure theres a good airseal and that the rubber is in the correct position and everything looks OK
