hi i would like a tight bore what size do i need ? also can anybody give me some instructions how to split my gun and change the spring and piston please

Go to mechbox.com, they have instructions on taking down armalites and V2 gearboxes. But if you haven't ever been inside one before, chances are you'll break something.
As to a tightbore, you'll need to measure your current inner barrel's length. As to bore, it doesn't really matter. 6.03 or 6.04 are the most popular choices, and will give you the performance upgrades you are looking for.
