9.6v mini size lipo
24 August, 2010, 12:08
I am in the process of slowly moving over to lipo.
Just took delivery of a kong power 7.4v 1400 lipo and it is sooo much smaller than the 9.6 mini that it now rattles around in the handguard of my MP5-SD6.
Can anyone reccomend a decent 7.4v lipo that is closer to the size of a 9.6 mini?
Cheers
Lee

Re: 9.6v mini size lipo
yeah most pad it out, but next time your searching for lipos they usually list the dimensions its worth measuring the space before and and trying to get as close as you can.
bubble wrap and tape is another option. just to pack it out.
They are the future, so small so easy..

Re: 9.6v mini size lipo
plus if you get one of the nice all in one chargers they have 12v function on there, so even the smaller lipos can have a quick boost charge mid day at diner... i plug mine into the car lighter socket.. no bonet poping for me.

I have an old car battery I sometimes use. Handy if anyone else needs to hook up too

Please don't hijack this thread. There's plenty of info out there if you need to know. Search first, (google too, not just this site) then if there's still unanswered questions, ask again in a new thread.

And please don't PM me either, as Dope said, please search. There are at least 10 topics that answer your question, which seems to get asked on a weekly basis
