How many shots would I get from a 1000mAh 9,6volt NiCd?
Is there a formula for shots/mAh?

With sensible use im sure its roughly around 100mah/hour for ni-mh.
The thing is if your a spray and pray guy it will last 5mins if your the type to pick your shots thennit will last all day.
So there isnt realy a hard and fast formula.

1 mAh= 1 shot(roughly) if it is charged and kept well.

The guy selling the battery says it will last for up to 2000-2200 shots which I highly doubt, is this possible?

All depends on you setup have you got a DMR or a assult rifle... a high speed or high torque motor, M90 or M140 spring........

My 1500 mah mini's lasted me 2000-2200 rounds in a high speed setup. Using a systema turbo and m110 spring. You should get about 1.5 shots from 1mah in a typical setup
