Re: AA L85 Piston!
or if you make a 10mm spacer to fit between the piston and piston head any aeg piston will do, according to reports on other forums

Re: AA L85 Piston!
Yeah but personally i feel comfortable getting a piston that is MADE for my rifle rather than modding to fit a standard. But thats just me =]

Re: AA L85 Piston!
Any piston that is designed for G&G L85A1/A2 will fit, as will anything made for the SR-25 series of guns

Re: AA L85 Piston!
I noted this down from when i was having same trouble a while ago.
"Best thing you can do is:
1. Get rid of the blowback system
2. Get a standard Marui piston and fit the marui metal piston head weight as a spacer to make the piston longer.
3. replace the sector gear with a standard sector gear.
This now means the gearbox runs as standard...Fantastic
Mine shoots at 350 fps and I run an 11.1v lipo "
