GC16 Wildhog firing issue
5 August, 2019, 23:12
Okay so the issue is sometimes it doesn't fire on semi, and it also runs away emptying the mag on burst or full auto.
I'm thinking it's something to do with the ETU but honestly I have no idea. Before opening it up I would like some info/experience/support on what it might be.
Thanks!

Hi
yes it could possibly be an etu issue and if it is then you can change the whole thing quite easily zeroone I think does a full wire set for the hog however it may just be damaged wires at the bottom of the gearbox where the motor gear goes in. The gear wears against the wires and damages them causing a short circuit. It would mean pretty much a full strip down but if it is that then just some electrical tape will fix it until it happens again in my opinion it’s a bit of a poor design. And if it’s not that it’s not worth messing around further trying to fix it just order the new wire set and replace it it’s not to difficult to do and it comes with a new etu hope this has helped.
