ASCU gen 5 double beep.

Hi i have just installed an ascu gen 5 in an cyma Ak47.
when i plug in the battery, i get the single beep to notify that it is ready to use.
but when i try to fire, i get a SHORT burst of power (not enough to complete a cycle) and then a double beep. After that everything is dead until i plug oit the battery and plug it back in.

i have tried 4 different batteries, 3 different springs, shimmed/umshimmed gears, motor in and out of GB, all the different modes and everything else i could think of.

please help asap. This is a friends gun and he is VERY ready for its return..

Manual says its a dead battery. Page 10 has a troubleshoot mode might be worth going through that.

I have tried it. The test mode works fine. But not the fire mode. I have tested 4 different fully vharged and working batteries
