7.6 lipo or 9.6v nim

Hi can anybody advise on which is better for a m4 g&g combat raider also a good brand of BBs for it ,very new to this so thanks for any help

7,4v LiPo every time; they are just much better batteries than NiMHs.

As for BBs, ASG Blasters are very decent and reasonably priced.
