Hop ups

Are all hop up different? I want to replace my plastic one out of my SRC m4a1 to a metal one but all the metal ones i have looked at seem to have an extra bit where to bb feeds in.

if he hop unit in the gun at the moment is a two piece unit ,

just replace the hop rubber, as swapping for a one piece hop unit , requires you to dremmel or cut part of the lower reciever out so the mag lip feed tube can fit..
