Stock tube...Hurricane RIS...

Ok I am an idiot I brought an ares m4 knowing full well the compatibility issues with other makes thinking well I don't want to customise it much anyway, now I want to customise it

first I want a new stock, now I know a new stock won't fit but will an new stock tube be able to fit? to allow the new stock? such as a G&P m4 6 position stock and stock tube. if this make won't fit will any?

second will the hurricane ris kit fit with out any modification and if does need modification, presumably swapping out the delta rings how easy is it for a beginner to do?
