Ics (modified) AK74 issue

Hi guys, ive got a ak74 modified, and have encountered an annoying problem.

Basically, my selector switch when turned to the propper positions for auto and semi auto, dont behave as they should do. Sometimes the trigger works and nothing fires, or its still on safe when going to full auto, and i have to move the selector off the bottom of the gun, in order to select semi auto, is there an easy way to fix this? Dead mans click is not fun :p
