ICS M4 retractable

I have a M4 retractable and want to put a M203 on it but i dont like the look of a RIS one.
However the battery is in the hand guard which if i put barrel mounted m203 on i wouldnt get easy access to so im going to put it in a crane stock. However my qustion is, what battery would i need? as my custom Z1 one wont fit i doubt.

i havent got one and never owned one but i think theyre actually called crane stock bats. could be wrong though.
look like 3 stick bats fasted together in a kind of triangle.
