I have a problem, when I put to SEMI or AUTO and pull the trigger I get 3 shots and vibration, I try to reset but it didn't help, help me please

Has it permanently seized, or will it reset and fire again before beeping again?

there is a sequence of shots, after that a rejection, but you can shoot again

It sounds more like a low voltage/battery warning. You may end up with this warning if your battery is overloaded or damaged as the voltage will dip under load - how severe that dip is depends on the latter.

If you installed anything else or even changed shimming, have you checked this is working soundly?

Remember that with optical sensing FETs that you need to be careful with grease contamination- I have found it best to run the gears through unladen after greasing and then disassemble and clean up the excess grease.
