Fire Selector on Ares MG-006 Stoner

Hi, I've managed to take the fire selector off the gun and now can't work out how to put it back with the tiny spring, the spring just popped out, I can put the selector back in but it doesn't stay in safe and just falls to fire with gravity....I know what a plonker, any help appreciated
