G&G soc16

hey all, got this in a swap.

the problem is that 90% of the time this doesnt fire at all. The person I traded it with said that it could be that the trigger has come out of place in transit. Took the trigger out and put it back in(alot easier to do on a G&G M14 than most guns as it isnt part of the gearbox), and still no luck.

Any ideas? The weird thing is that sometimes it fires for a couple of seconds and then dies again. Batteries fine so ive no idea

did you get this from Tony Burn?

Does it happen on full auto or semi auto.
if for both you may need a new SELECTOR PLATE

had a look at the selector plate, and looks like someones done a botch job on it, wrapped some tape around to the end. Lookin for a new part but cant find where to buy one.

Can't say anything but Z1. They should stock G&G parts anyway. Seem to be making a big deal about stocking G&G guns.

yes they have quit alot in stock, looks like a well know problem.

also Dave I think you should ask the other side to pay for the selector plate.

Just to confirm this gun was not sold by Tony Burn the gun i sold was in good working condition please do not use peoples names with out knowing the fact .
