agm m14 400fps upgrade

hi guys ive got sn vn style m14 but fancy using it to sniper !
what spring would be best to get me near the 400fps mark but not putting to much stress on the stock internals il upgrade these later

First job is to find a site that'll allow a full auto gun to run that hot.
Even for semi locked that's pushing it in some places.

its being locked to semi ive got clearance to use it !
would just like recommendations on what grade of spring to try please

OK. 400fps is about 122m/s. By that token a 120 spring should do it.
BUT. Other factors such as air seal, barrel bore, etc. may affect the fps, so you may get more or less out of a 120. The only way to be sure is to try it.

120m/s is about 393fps.

What make/model is the gun? Someone here may have spring-change experience with that particular gun.

its an agm m14 vn style long barrel if that helps i dont know ?
