ICS g/box bearings

ICS M4a1 split g/box.
As I'm fitting a mosfet I was thinking I may as well upgrade the bearing to metal ones from the plastique...any reason why not?
Can anyone tell me what size they are?Perhaps reccomend which ones and where to purchase?

I thought they were but I wanted to check...not really thought about a budget..if I need them I'll buy them,I was looking at some Prometheus for £25..:D

Stick with 6mm metal bushing, as 6mm bearings are very unstable, I have change a lot, from TM, ICS, CA.

Ok bushes rather than bearings,I'll look into it..cheers.
