To the right about 3 teeth the the strain should be off the latch.
Ninja'd EDIT: Damd box of bits not being in order!

Sorry I'm not really sure what you mean? I can't move the gear at all at the minute?
The problem is finding something to get under the latch, while at the same time turning the gear!

Don't worry! Got it! Managed to lever it with the Allen key half in half out and levering the latch while turning the gear. Crapped my pants when it freed up and went back into position with a clunk! Thought I'd racked up more on this trail of gearbox repairs. £100 and counting so far!
Still need to put it all together and stuff before I can close the lid on this case! But you guys are great. For the millionth time in about 6 months of airsofting, "thank you zero in!"

Success! The gearbox turns sucessfully! Sounds quite a lot nicer than my JG Gearbox actually.
Interestingly, it has a little bit of trouble on semi with the positioning of the selector. The selector plate doesnt quite slot into place like it does on semi and auto, sometimes it sticks on safe.
Not really worth taking it apart for, as I usually use a pistol indoors and at ranges for single shot, but is this a common thing with brand new gearboxes?

Hi I have never had a professional airsoft gun before and have just bought a g&p magpul PTS and it's set up with lipo connectors I have a IMAX v6 charger and 7.4v 2200mah battery but on the charger it says it is fully charged but when plugged in nothing happens
Can anyone help?
Worst idea was throwing my empty USP at a dude who took it as a hit. I felt a bit bad for it, as if anyones held a KWA USP, it has quite some heft to it, so i took a hit too to apologise: adrenaline does crazy things to you!
