  • ICS MP5 Problem.

    Hi guys,
Got a problem with my MP5,
If i'm firing on semi, sometimes when i pull the trigger for the first time it wont fire anything. to put it simpler, if i haven't fired it in a minute or so and go to pull the trigger...nothing. but fire again and it will be fine until i stop firing.

Any body care to help me out here.

    Alex.

Sounds to me a problem with the cut off lever.

You might need a new one. I'm not entirely sure on this, but that what it sounds like.

It's probably worth rining 01 up...

im not quite sure if this will help but i also have an ICS MP5 and when i checked the manual given it said that the gun not firing on semi-auto for a few rounds is perfectly normal...

I'd get a refund if the manual said that, lol!!

Are you pulling the trigger and nothing is happening, or is it "stuck" in safety and the trigger won't budge?

i pull the trigger and the gun fires but isn't shooting a bb.
it seems to be happening alot less often now.

                Re: ICS MP5 Problem.

Oh that's normal. The gun has to load the bb first sometimes. It depends on where you nozzle stops.

Firing a few rounds on semi when you've finished using the gun may help, but may not make a difference. Good practice anyhow though, releses spring tension.
