    I was browsing motors the other day and notice there is high torque and high speed, what's the difference?

    High torque are for pulling bigger/more powerful springs.

      As above but, for extreme speed you should also use high torque motors. Sorry but I'm not going into detail.

      High speed motors work really well on the lower rated springs using smaller type batteries. But may take a few revolutions to get to full speed, you may or may not notice this by ear obviously..lol.

      High torque motors work through all rated springs but are engineered for the higher rated ones as stated.

      That said if you have a standard speced motor in your aeg, a torque one will more than likely give the rof a lift and deffo crisp up trigger response. Just avoid using torque motors with tiny LiPo's as they can over discharge the battery resulting in heat production. So not good for you or the aeg.
