M14 help and assistance... Selector switch
16 January, 2011, 11:50
Im wondering anyone could help.
Ive dismantled my G&P M14 Mod EBR to replace a broken safety lever and also investigate why it was unable to switch from single to full auto easily.
The culprit part at fault is the selector switch which has broken in two places (this is the long black piece seen in the picture. Its broken at both sides at the weakest and thinnest areas in the metal.
Now I could fashion something that would enable me to switch the gun into a semi permanent single or full auto setting but I would rather fix it.
Anyone know where I can get this part from - the pic is attached.

Re: M14 help and assistance... Selector switch
Does it have a parts number on it?
I would either reccomend contacting an airsoft supplier, or buying a very cheap M14 as the selector switch is pretty much universal.
Obviously I don't think you'd want to buy another M14 just for that little part though...
