I have a custom mosfet in mine. I have it under the stock cap, where the connectors from the gearbox are.

I did wonder about the space above the gb under the rear sight, but you would have to mod/dremmel the inside of the upper receiver. This is based on an ICS.

Depending on battery size, there may also be room for one in the front hand guard. I have a tiny 11.1v lipo now which leave enough room. That said it would involve running another wire through the upper receiver which is best avoided.

You'll really struggle to get a CPU mosfet in one without considering external mounting.
