VFC SCAR owners - favour please?

Anyone that has a VFC SCAR - can you help me out please. I am in the process of repairing one and I am nearly there but I have a feed problem. Can someone tell me how far out the end of the nozzle should be from the front of the gearbox when the tappet plate is not being activated. Looking up into the magwell, the end of my nozzle is only halfway accross the feed tube and I'm not sure this is right. Would be really handy if I could tell if this is how it usually is before I start stripping the gearbox.

By the way I will be putting up a few pics of an AB mosfet fitment for the same gun soon - it really isn't an easy job if you want to keep the stock battery feed pins but I've done it and it works real nice
