MP5 Help Needed

Ok to cut a long story short my friend went airsofting once then decided to buy a rifle from china that night. The rifle was shipped in two parts. First part came in a couple if weeks but after he waited 3 months he found out his 2nd part had been seized by customs. He's now not interested in airsofting so I bought the following parts if him.



Can somebody please tell me if it's just a lower receiver and gear box I need and can I put any mp5 one on. The rifle in the picture us a CYMA MP5SD6

I hope somebody can help as I'm moving away from sniping and now looking at CQB which is why I decided to buy it from him.

Presumably there is no way of getting it back then? Sounds like he was trying to illegally buy anyway!

Should get away with most big brand lower receivers in there.

Yes mate he was and I did warn him and there's no way I was gonna buy one for him!!!

I'm fairly new to airsofting and have spent the last year with an L96 & M190 pistol but I'm bored now so I'm switching over to have some fun ;-)

How much we looking at for a lower receiver?

Well you'll need a V2 gearbox and a motor. Long shaft. Gearbox should have MP5 trigger as opposed to M4 too

Then all you need is the lower receiver and fire selector (although they should be part of the same package!)

Also, just CHECK that there is a hop unit and inner barrel! Can't see if there is or not from that pic but there should be.

EDIT: oh AND get a new charger and battery - the chinese ones are pants

Hopefully I can buy the stuff off here and I'll have a mega cheap rifle. Bought the above items off him for £30 on a night out when he needed money. Ha ha cheers easy
