Masada Upgrades
31 January, 2011, 13:32
Hi All
Looking at upgrading the Masada and would like a little help..
Want to upgrade the barrel and wondering if a Tightbore or TK Twist barrel would be best. (and how do you change them on a masada??)
Gun currently runs at 320 fps at stock and read that the TK barrel is best suited around that FPS. (Which spring would give approx 350 fps?)
Looking at increasing range and accuracy if thats possible. Will also look at adding a mosfet at some point

Re: Masada Upgrades
First off what make Masada
The a&k
the g&p ones use normal v2 gearbox parts except the air nozzle and cyclinder head and tappet plate as they are the same as a sr-25
But knowing the make will be helpful

Re: Masada Upgrades
Should of mentioned its the Magpul PTS Masada
Read somewhere that the inner barrel length is 353mm so prob best getting the 365mm and having it stick out a little in the flash hider im guessing

Re: Masada Upgrades
Dont get me wrong it is very nice, but for some reason lacks the range of my Sentry and the accuracy isnt brilliant at the moment.
Just wanted to invest in it a little to make it "better"
