m4 feeding problem

hiya guys, i have a two piece hop (which i have no real experience in dealing with) and it seems to be feeding too many bbs, i've tested different magazines, so im guessing i have reassembled it wrong, i just cant figure out where.
any help appreciated thanks guys

It seems im answering this one every week.
The tappet plate retracts and loads a bb from the mag, the tappet plate is on a spring once released by the gears it moves back to its resting posisiton agasint the hop rubber, as it does this it obviously pushes the bb forward which it loads.
"But rich! what stops the bb simply rolling out of the barrel now that the bb is loaded ??"
Dude thats an awesome question,
The hop rubber does..
If theres "room" for two bbs to load, think about the distance between the nub which comes down into the barrel, and the end of the airnozzle.
