ICS m4 Safety stooped working

hi all
i have an ics m4 and the safety switch has stopped working i have compared it with a mates ics and i can not see any difference nothing seems broken or missing

so when you select "safe" you can still pull the trigger ?

its your cut off ( small arm that stops the trigger ) on the ics it looks like a mp5 rather than standard v2 arm and im sure z1 has them on stock
had a couple of ics bars break
