Real AK furniture on CYMA Aks...
16 February, 2011, 16:36
Do the wood grips from Real Aks fit Cyma AKs?
IF so, does anyone have a clue if the AEK 971 handguard would fit on a Cyma ak front end?

Pistol grip, nope. Foregrip, unlikely without modding. Stock, Maybe.
Worth it? Nope.
Real AK furniture is made of pallet wood made.

Ah damn ok.
The actual foregrip I had in mind wouldnt be wood, more metal, maybe plastic if I could make something or shape something!

Re: Real AK furniture on CYMA Aks...
Perhaps!
Id probably just want the same style of handguard, wouldnt mind it being black, as i can whack on the black pistol grip I have and have a modern AK. and switch betweent his and wood when i fancy!
But how to make something like that!
Easiest way I can think of its buy a cheapo plastic handguard, and wrap a large sheet of mouldable plastic around it to make the shape!
