I have an AGM MP44 and I was which colour of nub would be better, the black or the white one. I have been trying to find information on which one would be better however I am finding it very difficult.

All depends or your unit and rubber. Some find one batter than the other and vice versa! Try both and see, you get both in a packet.

Re: Element H Nub
as above,
use the black one for say madbull blue hop rubbers
the white one for CA, element and tm rubbers
if both fail use a small bit of biro tube cut down to correct size
