vfc scar-l stopped working completely

Just had a brand new vfc scar imported from hong kong.

Anyway, the gun has just randomly completely stopped firing after about 300 rounds or so. No movement in the motor, nothing.

I took it apart when i first got it to put the shorter barrel in and the gun was working after i reassembled it so im pretty sure i didnt damage anything during that.

Checked the fuse, which is fine, and multiple batteries.



Any ideas?

have you checked the motor is still connected?

What happens when you pull the trigger? Absolutely nothing?

Nope, nothing at all; as if theres no battery connected.

Not too confident in taking apart the motor and gearbox - you think its likely its become unconnected? I havnt touched anything to do with it, only replaced the barrel.

could well have done. That would be the first port of call. Youll have to open it up to find and fix the problem. If youre not confident in doing it, and seeing as its a new gun you dont want to trash it, you can either talk to the place you got it from about a swap, but more likely you can take it to a repair shop around your area where they will take care of it for you

Fixed it, motor connector had come off like you said.
