no i dont think so
the bit that the ris slotts into has a screw that goes into the iron sights so it it stuck to there.

Grab yurself a cheap freefloat ris unit, swap them out and bobs youe mothers brother

or you can get a bushmaster cut down front sight ( could do it your self )
