Soldering custom batteries together
7 March, 2011, 15:53
Are there any guides or suggestions in creating your own battery packs?
I have a SOPMOD battery case for the Marui blowback and am thinking of swapping out the cells for some better ones. Also thinking of knocking out a stick style battery pack for the MP5k and adapting an old crane stock I have lying about.
Are there any issues with soldering small connector wires to each cell to 'series' them up? Just concious of shorting out the cells if they still have charge in them?
Quite adept at soldering, just don't want any explosions :D
