  • AEG blowback

Can the blowback on an AEG be disconnected?
Does it use anymore noticeable power than a non-blowback version...?
    Thanks.

    Re: AEG blowback

    What blowback

    what weapon is it on

Phneumatic blowback pistons like on the gr-16 rifles can be removed and no loss of power as it's just a small ammount of forward pressure that moves the display bolt

if like on a army sa80 then removing the blowback is fine
and won't lose fps will gain slightly

    aks are the same

But if your on about tm sopmod style blowback
you will have to replace a few internal parts for removal

        Re: AEG blowback

is it a air driven blowback mate, or a recoil engine,

if the recoil engine will use tiny bit more power but not noticeable,

if air driven, wont effect it at all
