  • CYma RPK wobble (vfc ak owners might be able to help)

Theres a little bit of play between the front end with the barrel and the reciever. Its left to right not up and down. Apparently the gun is based on vfc ak's where a pin holds the two parts together. Is this normal for the design and is there anything i can do to lessen the wobble?
    Cheers

I also have this problem with my RPK I've only owned it for a few months been looking all over the internet for ideas on how to lessen the wobble without using tape

Did you try to tighten the grub screw that is also holding the barrel?

Don't see what the problem with using tape is. I prefer electrical tape personally. Not had to use it here, my barrel is pretty snug, its also a bastard child of a APS and a LCT, so it just uses the two grub screws above the barrel. They hold it in pretty tight, and I'm not one to baby my AK, it takes so much abuse.

I tightened the grub screw and put some tape and it seems decent enough for now thanks!
