yes it is a stock tube battery.

Spoke with my Airsoft Tinkering friend last night. Going from my first experience using the Lipos I noticed correctly when the ROF dropped to stop using the battery. when I was told "dont let it go below 3v", i forgot to double it, so the reading I got from the battery after I used it was spot on really.

i think....problem solved and question answered, thank you all for your help and adivce.
