SRC AK Beta Spetz, tighten handguards?

hey guys, this may have been covered already, but i'm having a little trouble with myy SRC beta spetznas. I'm trying to get a PBS1 to fit with it, and whilst it fits on, the BBs are either rebounding off the end of the silencer, or coming out at wierd angles (as if they are hitting the edge of the hole).

I think this is because the front end/handguard are loose, so I was wondering if theres some easy way of tightening them that I'm missing?
