  • G&G LA85A2 Spring

Ive bought an LA85A2 ( G&G ) which when I chronoed it at our local club on Sunday was returning a constant 399 fps.
I was told that fitting an M100 spring should bring the fps down to the 340(ish) level thats allowed, so Ive just been and done that.
After firing off quite a few rounds in the garden, I reckon ( especialy by the sounds being made by all the ricochets(sp) that the power is still the same if not more!
I contacted the previous owner who told me that the gun was bog standard out of the box/not upgraded, but he reckoned that original spring was adjustable.
As he lost the manual, is this correct and more to the point,

How on earth do I adjust the spring to a lower setting?

    Cheers, Steve
