m14 dmr project

i have come a bit unstuck, i am currently upgrading my m14, what should work better to keep a nice trigger response, high torque gears and high speed motor or std torque gears and high torque motor, it will be pulling around a m140 sprind and allready got an ab mosfet?

help, please!
