hi, i want to strip my sig 556 but dont have a manual and can not find a video online , can anyone put up a link for either . thanks

I would do a proper guide but i have exams but if you want to get to the blow back to replace it:

1. take off the hand guard
2. take off the 4 screws near the front of the gun (normally hidden by the hand guard)
3. where the pin goes, flip the gun upside down and see two Allen screws, take them out and you'll be able to slide the top receiver off( this is spring loaded so when taking these out i recommend leaving the pin in then taking it out after all screws are removed and do the same for putting it back together)
For further stripping (done this about twice so not a pro yet):
1. Do above steps
2. take off pistol grip and motor
3. unscrew the two flat head screws at the back of the receiver
4. undo both selector switches by the small Allen screws (be careful, the right switch has a small spring!
5. unscrew the selector switch (after step 4 you'll understand better!)
6. now carefully take out the gearbox. You might need to bend the receiver slightly- but make sure not to crack it!.
