    Righto lads... I have just bought the SL8-1 kit to upgrade the externals, Now what do i need to do to the internals?

    Any preferences to what FPS you are looking at?, your preferred BB weight, and whats you're Budget?

      BB Weight, 0.2 - 0.25 / FPS 350 / Budget around 50 - 100

        you want a mosfet with active breaking, necisary.
        high speed motor. G&P m120, systema turbo (may need new gears?) marui EG1000.
        piston. i would get a good POM piston again G&P, systema, TM and guarder
        i think JG gears are pretty good so no worry there. switch, if you have a mosfet you'll be fine with the stock one. i think thats about it? i would also change from tamiya conectors to eaither deans or these beauties- "E-flite

        a half decent battery is always advised. i would get a 2000mah higher and 9.6 or 10.8? up to you

        barrel and hop, barrel definatly get a tightbore. i posted a thread up a while back and peeps have said madbull are as good as prome, if not better. rubber, guarder improved is very good! so get that:D or marui
        the unit, get systema if they make em, or any good make really?
