Help, AEG Motor Probs

Hello i have just installed a metal body kit on one of my M4's a classic army sportline. i have just charged up a battery and went to fire and it fires on semi then stops, then if i pull the trigger again it fires. Motor sounds very high pitched.

So Basically, When i pull the trigger the first time it fires good, then the second it sounds like its pre cocking the sping, third time it fires 2 bb's with one shot. Then will fire auto sometimes or just lock up until i flick it onto auto

any ideas, thanks

Sorted i had the motor height too low
