ASG G36C upgrades
27 May, 2011, 18:24
Im wanting to upgrade my g36c, but I just want someone with more experience then me to proof read my plan.
AB mosfet
SHS 13:1 ratio gears
SHS high torque motor
SHS M100 spring
v3 stainless steel spring guide
Element v3 silent piston head
Element duracon piston
Shs bearings.
This will be run on a 9.6 battery.
Are there any flaws? Will it work? Well that is?
Also what would the difference be if i put a high speed motor in instead of torque?

Re: ASG G36C upgrades
If it isn't 8mm I would stick with bushings.
I would go torque motor with a large 9.6 it will give you almost instant trigger response. You will be shocked how fast it is if you havn't had one befor.
You may get away with a Heavy duty non AB fet, I have been experimenting with them, in a similar gun that I'm doing now and there is no over run.
As Joe says AOE and other basic mods to the piston.
If you are using the silent piston head you need the cylinder head to match or it will end in tears. They are conical shaped and they both need to be conical. Not the piston head conical and a flat cylinder head. You WILL break it.
