First thing is when you are opening up the gearbox if you have not done so before is to take pics, so its easier to put back together.

Second thing is when you take out the screws put a screw driver into the back of the spring guide and press against the gearbox casing wall or else the whole thing will fly apart.

Then when you are switching the wire from front to back there should be little metal clips already in place for re-wiring to the rear - just feed it around those and then out the back.


Basically the whole thing is really easy to do - but if you dont hold the spring and then slowly depress and take out the spring, you will have a gearbox explosion on your hands and half way across the room lol.
