magpul masada spring

hi, i have a magpul masada and out of the box it was shooting about 295 fps
ive been told a m100 spring should get be around 330-340 fps the gun is standard will this spring be ok just to pop stright in . any help would be great thanks

theres videos on youtube on how to swap out a spring on a masada, it takes like 5 mins and is really easy apparently.

I thought you could adjust the spring to 3 different places, to give you 3 different powers...

I used to use a Gaurder SP90 in my TM P90 and TM G36C... took it to approx 328

My massada shots at 320 out of the box...

Nope the pts has not got the adjustment feature that is the fn2000

the spring is really easy to remove and replace

Also get it checked other mate, out of the box new it will hit 330-340

So check the hop is not balls up you may need a new hop rubber, or test with a spare you if you have one laying around

If it is the spring put a m100 in it and reshim the gearbox doing the piston mod and will run very smooth, you'd also benifit from the crap motor being replaced with a short shaft high torque, either the scs one or maybe the kanzen if they do the short version or and element
