Hop up?

I'm trying it fix my m4 and am currently getting very confused about hop up,
I believe I have a 2 piece inside the m4 currently but want to do a full change,
Can I change straight to a one piece?
If not I cannot find anywhere to source a 2 piece, (please pm me)
Is it possible to use 1 piece hop up parts inside a 2 piece?

if your wanting to install a one pice hop unit you may aswell buy a cheapish metal body for your gun, other wise you will be attacking your plastic body to remove plastics body pieces to enable you to have the single unit in .

or you could just buy a guarder inproved hop unit and rubber plus bucking of a certain bid site
